By accessing or using Graha Life, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service

Graha Life provides AI-assisted astrological interpretations based on classical Vedic Jyotish principles combined with astronomically precise planetary calculations.
Graha Life is NOT a substitute for professional advice:

Readings are generated using AI models that translate pre-computed astronomical data and classical Vedic interpretations into natural language. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. If under 18, you may only use the Service with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, per DPDP Act 2023 Section 9.
4. User Accounts and Birth Data
You are responsible for providing accurate birth data. Inaccurate data will produce inaccurate calculations. Each account corresponds to one individual's birth data.

Payments processed by Razorpay. We do not store card/UPI credentials. Subscriptions auto-renew via UPI AutoPay with 24-hour pre-debit notification per RBI guidelines. Cancel anytime via /cancel or support.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: use the Service for critical decisions without professional consultation; attempt to bypass safety guardrails; reverse-engineer the AI; use automated tools beyond provided APIs; create accounts for fictitious persons; or resell generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Graha Life brand, AI models, prompt architecture, and knowledge base are our intellectual property. Classical Vedic texts are in the public domain; our synthesis is proprietary. You may share your readings for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graha Life shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Data Protection
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
